Would have given this five stars except it was a little dated and although quite a lot of choice at breakfast it wasn’t really to our taste. However, all the staff, without exception, were extremely warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The room was quiet, no street noise, clean, and we had no issues. Very comfy beds. Good sized bathroom with good selection of toiletries replenished daily. Mini bar with free water, tea and coffee. Location was excellent too… five minute walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, tram, and lots of good bars and restaurants.

The hotel is quite dated, the rooms are functional but would need some tlc and they are on the small side. The staff is amazing, they are professional and friendly and really go out of their way to help you with your needs. Very clean. Breakfast isn't great. The location is amazing, everything is in walking distance. The restaurant of the hotel is very good.

Antusa Palace Hotel & Spa: This is the worse hotel I have ever booked in Istanbul. I booked this hotel for two days and booked fully refundable, when I arrived they gave me a room where barely any room to walk once you put your language in the room. if you need something from bags you have to put the bag on the bed otherwise there is no other option. I talk to the manager on duty and request to change the room he refused and said hotel is fully booked and he cant assist me with another room. I paid $230 for two days. I asked him to let me talk to manager he said manager will be back on Monday while today was Saturday's and I was leaving on monday. I call hotels.com they told me that they can check with the property and let me know but nothing work out. I booked another hotel which I stay one day on the same trip before catching my flight to another country, that hotels was nice and fully remodel name is SERAGLIO hotel &suites was way cheaper and I booked for same two days for $82 a night even they have room for $72 a night and I had a great size of room and great location and staff was extremally friendly. I will never ever stay in this hotel and I have been to Istanbul 8 times before and never had such experience ever. Please stay away from this hotel if you are traveling with family while there was only myself and my wife couldn't fit in there room.

I had my review deleted off Booking.com so I am reposting here. I think future customers need to see all reviews. The room and bathroom were dirty. When I arrived, there was a stain on the toilet. I had to clean this myself and let the concierge/front desk know who pretended they didn’t understand what I was referring to. I asked them to clean my bathroom again, paying attention to the toilet but I don’t think they did as there was hair and dust etc on the floor of the bathroom which was never cleaned during my stay. The shower itself was broken with water spraying out of the hose - I have a video of this. I tried to fix this myself and asked the hotel front desk to repair this but they didn’t do this. The shower door also didn’t shut and the shower itself was mouldy too. The bed had a single sheet and it was cold at night. I asked for a duvet and translated this into Turkish for the night staff but was told they don’t have duvets and I was instead given two dirty towels to lay on top of myself at night. I immediately told the staff member that they were dirty and I needed clean ones and he changed them for me. The general tidiness of the hotel was very poor (as evidenced by the dusty toiletries provided) and I paid a lot of money for a room I didn’t get, a dirty bathroom, broken shower and a cold bed with no duvet.
